PORCHETTA!!!! Yeah Boy! I am loving that stuff now. There is a guy who sells the stuff in San Francisco and it is some of the best meat I have ever had. Hands down. He makes his on a rotisserie and I cannot say how incredible the taste is. Ciabatta bread is great, but I find some times it can be too tough and overbearing. I really like its flatter softer cousin focaccia. Yeah! Focaccia can make some truly kickass sandwiches too!
