the fluttering waste gate is set by what pound spring u hav in ur waste gate so it gets rid of all the blowback from the turbo because its pushing so many cmf's which is the amout air. and thers alot of air moving in high hp engines.

go and read up the purpose of a blow off valve.

the excess air must have somewhere to go thats y it uses a bov. if it goes bck to the turo fins it will damage them

the t51r which this car is using doesn not have a bov btw....
