  • this is really good I thought tortang talong is only w/ talong & egg,I just need a filipino pan to cook it.

  • Well you can easily make it with just eggplant and egg, it's just that this recipe is also staying true to the "torta" part, which is traditionally, ground pork, potatoes, and raisin (at least in some places in the philippines)

    I normally just cook the eggplant then fry with the egg
