This has to be my favourite star in the entire game.

Played it so many times I can do some wicked mindgames. Example; the block at 1:02 with the blue star bits on it? You can jump that gap right to the star.

Needs a triple jump and a bit of precision though.

@hdzombiemaster You're likely thinking of someone else's video. I always upload a run under Daredevil conditions (that is, Mario or Luigi takes no damage and doesn't die), and I never make annotations in that style.

@bowserowns360 Luigi runs faster and jumps higher than Mario, but he slips and slides around and he loses air whenever he spins in water, unlike Mario.

Cosmic Luigi also makes fewer mistakes than Cosmic Mario.

In cosmic races, when you first see cosmic mario/luigi, hold "up" on the nunchuck. Then, during the 3, 2, 1, thing, still hold "up" and also hold Z. Then on GO, hit A. You get a great speed boost.

That is NOT ALL.after colllecting the 120th star,you will have to talk to Rosalina.

that means that you will HAVE TO FIGHT BOWSER AT THE CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE.

AFTER BEATING BOWSER,LET THE CREDITS ROLL.AFTER THE CREDITS,YOU WILL SEE A MESSAGE ON YOUR WII MESSAGE BOARD THAT Luigi IS NOW A PLAYABLE CHARACTER.

I hate nintendo for ruining the true super mario galaxy by adding luigi as a playable extra! HMPH! thats just ruining a very good story! I've always prefures the "true" mario cosmic race anways... but why did ninetndo have to do that? if they have luigi as a help for mario in the middle of the game where he sends letters to mario, whats the point of ruining a perfectly good story by adding him as a extra afterwards...oh well, some people may enjoy that but I like to stay true to the story! :(

Something random, but cool. Get star bits, and right as they're coming to you, move forward. The star bits'll be in front of you, because they'll curve. And then Cosmic Luigi'll show up, freezing everything. So you'll have some star bits in front of you.
