@amylorose. I know of Rose's work and have had quite a number of sessions with her over the years. She is a really nice person. However, I think her reading that states that someone gets a high from the Hick's work is a flawed premise, without having any other confirmation of that. When one is bringing forth pure source energy in an inspirational way it will have an effect on people. She has never examined the teachings herself. She is suspicious of almost all channeled information.

Here's an example of the position Abraham is coming from. Most of the focus is on the horror and devastation seemingly afflicting the "victims" of 9/11, however have you heard some of the amazing stories of those that didn't make it to work in the Twin Towers that day? When you start hearing the non-victim stories you begin to get another perspective. You might say you've chosen a better feeling thought. And despite our commonly held belief, no physical being "croaks" without their consent.

That´s when the law of attraction doesn´t make any sense to me.

How I understand it: The law of attraction is just a label applied to the fact that everything is designed to work in harmony and for happiness. This is why people inherently feel the desire to help themselves and help others. No one wants to kill anybody by nature. Those who do want to hurt themselves, those who want to hurt others, they are not the normal. They are the ones who have clinical and medical issues. Law of attraction isn't something magic.

The people who blew up WTC were not working for the betterment of the world. If i went out and killed someone right now they probably weren't attracting that. But guess what? I'm not going to kill anybody. There are bogeys, faults, strays, deviations, in every single system that exists.

This is all explained in the teachings of Abraham. Please don't watch a couple of internet videos, then find one thing that YOU don't get, and assume that the whole teaching is flawed. There are no loopholes in LOA. Those people chose and attracted the way they died. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that, unless you can only see the physical, emotional picture.

you know some times i hear people say that the earth is this horid place to live but what i always say is thats only one view i don't see how the earth is that bad a place in fact i find it quite beautiful just the people on the earth don't always know how to exept the reality around them so they deem it that way but when you understand it. it's quite lovely whell that is only my oppinion though.....

It is also a fact that people and organizations with vested interests in conflict will use these situations to further their cause. The media is such an entity - more conflict, more drama, helps them to sell more papers by calling these things news but this is not news anymore than the billion other things that went on today on planet earth and will never be reported. And who is encouraging the media - we are, everytime we tune in we offer our support.
