i pushed a bit on the tensioner pulley and the noise was gone. but i saw that a screw was broken. the pulley didn't run smooth. now i have to change the screw, but i can't find one with left-hand thread. even my mitsubishi dealer doesn't have one. in germany these screws are rare and the german model doesn't have it.
What ended up being the problem to this?

Osotheo your dumb, the 4g63t makes even more noises then the 420a, especially that awful lifter tick. I would know,I own both.

kinda sounds like a squeak... you should check the tensioner pulley

Check the timing belt cover sounds like its rubing up against it =)
