Did you hear the Arrow 3's are going to be overhauled? The cost: $190,000 per unit, a steal. NJT should do moves like that more often in general.

@Nexis4Jersey They are old cars. Built 1976-1978 and last renovated circa 1990. So to this day, they still have the 1990 interior, which really stinks literally. But NJT needs MU's no matter what, and rebuilding the old was the cheaper option, which they did NOT take with the Comet 1's and 3's.
