I'd get something in the neighboorhood of 1400-1600 Watts. I have two 12" CVR's running off a 800.1 Amp(800 Watt's RMS) at 1 Ohm. And It's almost too much, so I'd get a 1500W amp and wire it to about 2 OHms, would be just about the max they could handle.
