I used to work at Jack many years ago, but they haven't changed the way they make their tacos. The tacos come frozen and already "bent" with that filling inside. I worked the fryers. We had a device that would hold six or eight of the tacos, and they were deep-fried. Then you had to pry the hot shells open with your fingers (yes, you'd get burnt!) and put the lettuce and cheese in. They've always been terrible.
