yeah first you can use any colour. but blue and green are the colours which are most different from the skin colour. so you can edit it easier

works with every color, but green and blue are the best colors becuz you normaly dont wear green or blue clothes. if the screen is red and your trousers are red, your legs become invisible, so green is the better color
