Down with the Sickness is way overused, and the narrator (?) sucked.

I recently got LOTD (fairly cheap), it's not that bad. Highly recommended for fans of both FPS games and Zombie movies.
Now, this mod looks awesome; a pretty good reason to install and play the game again :)
