This engine is capable of creating some great games. But so many of these games are very hard to find because the creators never marketed them or pushed them. I tried finding a few that interested me based on their names in the list, and I had no luck.

I scroll down and immediately I see the ongoing GM vs Clickteam war. I wish you all would knock it off. It's like saying I can build a better house because I shop at Home Depot instead of Lowe's. The tools are only a small percentage of designing a game, people. It's not what's being used to design a game that matters... It's all in the person who is designing it.

That's kinda like saying one movie is better than another because its trailer was released first. Also, the quality of animations and effects have NOTHING to do with the program. Trust me. I've used both. The reason you see more games made with GM is because more people use it, and that's likely because it is less expensive.

@vertigoelectric Just a gentle observation from viewing both videos. I actually make games for MMF2, and HWA has improved it a lot. But GM's games still seem more varied and complex than the majority of MMF2 games.

Why do people hate on the opposing product? I personally thing MMF2 is better, but that is just my thing. I respect GM, it is a great programming language and has built in drag and drop. There are things both are good at, both are TERRIFIC. What really matters is the creator, not the software. All of you people just shouting "the other sucks, "xxxxx" is way better" should make a game proving that it is. Honestly why would any GOOD programmer make hate and be a fanboy toward the product they use?

Game Factory: Mac

Torgue TGA: Mac/Pc

Game Maker: Pc

Unity: Mac

ect.....

But nothing easier than MMF,,,, Game Maker is good, but still having a few problems in how to use it.

I wish I knew about MMF2 when it first release..

But heck!!! now I know. LOL it sucks starting all over.

@spades48 "Click" refers to a team of members in the Europe area. French, Italian, and British people were in collaboration to create a game creation software that was easy to use, and POWERFUL. This includes Jeff Vance and Francois Lionet. CLICKTEAM became their company name, and a "Click" tool is any program made by them. They made Clik n Play, Click and Create, Multimedia Fusion, and Multimedia Fusion 2. These are sold at high prices due to the ability to commercially sell them, royalty free.
