    he is epic :)

  • He's amazing, he's taught those kids about polymers and molecules, and they will almost definatly remember it because they will remember it as "The time I went on T.V and Steve Spangler taught me about Polymers." And of course they are in the prime learning stage where they soak up everything they're taught like a sponge. :P

  • @Zaccurate Or like a polymer

  • SUCKS up the MORRLEHKEWLS

  • A BABY DIAPPPERRR!!

  • send this to the gulf oil spill with oil absorbing polymer it will help send tons of it theyll figure out how to get it down there it will work!! at least slow it down

  • the kids are so cute and smart. i luv it

  • the kids are so cute!!

  • thats cool

  • will this work one petroleum based liquids, such as gasoline or oil? please respond

  • @ninjapunk200

I don't think it would... but without knowing what exactly we are talking about, that's just a best guess. Assuming the hydrogel absorbs water, it's probably hydrophilic. Also considering the size of most petroleum molecules, my guess is that it wouldn't work.

  • @ninjapunk200 i dont think it will, there is one that does that with oil, Oil Absorbing Polymer

Just search that and you will see his vid on that

  • i hate when parents talk to other adults across their kids like they arent there

  • @EdwardianGangster

    i got the same

  • @EdwardianGangster

  • I think steve loves polymer no offense

  • i love this video i think it is cool i am right now trying the Water Absorbing Polymer but i need a little help

  • this obviously wasnt scripted

  • id like to get a lot of this and throw it at a pool...i think it can absorb up to 400 times its own weight in water.

  • 800-100 times its weight, lol that would be very fun :)
