the guy in the background needs to stop saying "perfect" and actually help you out. Keep your hands up more and try turning your kicking foot more to the side. you might find that it flows easier and looks better if you do a hook kick instead of a crescent. but anyway, good job. it's one of my favorite kicks
lol. The guy in the background actually said "perfect" only once, but when I uploaded the video the soundtrack did not properly load so it repeats over and over. The camera angle also makes it difficult to see that the bag is angled so my kicking leg can go as high as possible and snap at a 45 degree angle, not a crescent straight across.
This is actually only a 540, not 720. The 540 is when you step into a tornado kick and finish with another half turn and back spin. The 720 requires another half turn and finish with a roundhouse and is a more upright kick. But this is a very smooth 540 he is doing tho.
Hi, I would like to clarify something for mehernandez and anyone wondering. A c720 is the same as a 540 hook kick. A c900 is the same as a 720 roundhouse. Technically the kick this guy did was a c720 or a 540 hook kick. I guess you could call it either one. Either way it was a great kick!!!
