You might be better routing the speaker output from your MIDI to your line in for the recording device rather than recording the sound coming out of the speakers...
I'm not recording the sound coming out of the speakers, This is just a midi file, all the other instruments are played through an electronic keyboard and whatever instruments I wanted the piano to play is diverted to channel 1. But with this setup there is a very slight delay in the sound of the instruments with the piano. I have a Roland Sound Canvas on my other piano to do the same job as the electonic keyboard on this piano and it works much better. no delay
Trying to play this version on piano right now, except removing some minor parts to be a two hand piece.

Its a player piano. Look them up. I have one similar to this, not nearly as good or cool though.
