@Jake73B well, their cousin, the American Shad is called the founding fish because our forefathers ate the crap outta these fish to stay alive!  but they are VERY oily. some people do like them though. The natives would smoke them on hickory planks hence the name Hickory shad!

if it is, me and my friends were here just a few weeks ago. they got everything in there, all sorts of fish and species. Good Fishin brother!

we caught 100's of fish over the course of like 5 hours, perch, bluegill, bass, trout, pickerel, just about everything, lol. we waded all the way down to where it almost meets I-95. awesome dude!

2 questions what kinda camera are you using and what kind of rod and reel

ita a sony handycam hdd 30 gig...really like it n they're real cheap now w/ a 40 gig internal hd. The rod is a 5' St. Croix Triumph rod n the reel is an old but awesome shakespeare dimension...its gone now but it was pretty nice. This year I will b using 5' 6" st croix Premier with Daiwa Capricorn reel :)
