@MrMagnificentX it actually doesn't bother me too much, it just takes some getting used to like for example when you bend a string on a de-tuned guitar, the note will probably stretch a lot further than normal depending on your setup. also, loose strings tend to wear out the palm of my picking hand because of the strings floppin around like a loose d***

@N2ader cerealy!? well like the first step is to be in E standard tuning. THEN, you simply de-tune the low E string one full step down; (which is equivalent to 2 fret positions) and BAM! Drop D XD
