@09Canipa You're kidding, right? These are seriously disabled children. This woman has a moderately autistic child able to stand in front of a class, able to speak, and working on making that language useful and understandable. FOLKS, THIS IS EPIC. This woman is THE MOST AMAZING teacher, able to reach these children and get them ready for mainstreamed classrooms.
@09Canipa Then you have no idea what special education teachers do, or the miracle you are seeing here. Fortunately, those who know Joey (and the little girl), do. Also, Joey has now been in the system for 6 years, and I can assure you, this lady is extraordinary.
@kocajada Absolutely. This person allows my special needs child to learn to speak, respond, and even stand properly, with humor and example that makes the point plain to my autistic child. She is AMAZING. We went from total self-contained special ed to 60% inclusion, because this person was willing to teach my child in a way that made sense to him, and with love and patience.

@Saintsdooga I do not know what "reseption" is. Joey started as a non-verbal autistic child, and this is a special education classroom.
