I cant believe Janet hasn't got a workout dvd yet. She is famous for her washboard abs back in the day and everyone knows how hard she trains when it comes to dance rehearsals. Yeah she's gained a little weight back now but she is still a very fit woman. You can tell how fit she is. She never goes out of breath when she dances
The Queen has done it again!! She did an excellent job losing weight. She was more fatter recently compared to her size in the 80s (in the video "When I think of you"). She's really discipline & I forever love her!! I've always wanted to find out what her workout routine was...so thank you for posting this video!!

WOAH, SHE IS STRONG.... i wish she was my trainer too, i would probably pass out after that workout!!!! lol but those workout are good for you though
