Sorry I havent checked my posts in a while. Basically specify a port on the program settings on the computer. In the pocker pc side go into the programs settings and specify the port you will be using and the ip address of your computer that your working with. UNCLICK "autodetect connection" click done and exit. Go into your router settings and into port forwarding options. Forward the port you specified in the program to you computer in which the program is installed. Thats it.
The phone has to have a wifi radio built in or capability for wifi and Windows Mobile 5 or 6. The software I am using is called WebCamera Plus by ATEKSOFT. It is meant to be used with your pda and it makes your pda a webcam via the usb cable. Post back here when you get it to work as it is meant to be used then I can help you some more.

Sweet Vid - do you know if this is possible using a Symbian phone? I think WebCam Plus only supports windows based OS...
