  • THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! =)

  • If you use this flash as a slave with manual power settings with e.g. a 7D are u able to set its power down or up through the menu of the camera??? PLEASE RESPOND!! :)

  • Sorry, my fault, I should have put the flash on Slave 2 for it to sync with the flash. Sorted now.

  • I have tried sync my Canon 550d with the pop up flash and the YN468 but it don't sync together, the flash will trigger off with the pop up flash, but it wont sync it?

I have ordered a wireless trigger and hope this works.

    Thanks

  • ur accent is cute

  • thank you for the review I enjoyed. U get a thumbs up my friend.

  • Hello.

I wanted to know if it is compatible with the Nikon D5000, and if the TTL?

    Hello and thank you.

  • i have one of this

One of the weakness is the AF assist -beam... it is slight left and not enough coverage

  • thanks! Without this video I had no clue about some of the things my Yn-468 did because the manual is so limited.

Also, if you run into the problem with the capacitor going bad (quits flashing), there is a post by "rpolitsr" at Photography on the Net forums showing how to fix it.

  • Yongnuo works get. Why pay so much money on branded items when u can get very good quality at a 1/5 of price ? Who has money to waste today ? I dont. Anyways works perfect for me.. Cheers

  • Trash, junk! Do a search. A total waste of money. Only buy a name brand flash.

  • @billkaroly Mine works well, I don't know why it's junk? Good up to 38 meters

  • the Yongnuo store is here

    stores ebay com / hkyongnuophotoequipment

    good review man

  • good for u

    i wanna ask u

    does it habe wireless?

  • Lol, you got the same TV as me! with the same color! :D love your vid!

  • Thank you!! helped a lot!! good work.

  • where are you from? where did you buy it?ebay?can you give me the seller id?

  • So which is better you think; the 468 or the 560?

  • connect it to YN468, it is working fine except that u won't be able to adjust anything on the LCD when it is connected with the receiver. and the worse part is, 10 seconds after u attached the receiver, the flash will turn off. ???? is't normal?

  • This review is a total waste of time.

    Questions:

    a) why does the guy create a video in the dark?

    b) why is the guy so long winded with a 10 minute review that speaks of absolutely nothing, though he consistently says "this is an amazing product." That's all he says.

    c) He does not specify if the flash is master / slave remote compatible with the 380EX speed light.

Horrible!! stay away from this review.

  • Great Job. Thanks for sharing!

  • Please check the second part:

    "yongnuo 468 (YN468, YN-468) Flash review for canon(Part 2)"

    Thanks

  • hey, for the flash to be able to use the S1 or S2 mode do I have to buy any extra things? I use a canon 450d and i wish to be able to use it as a slave flash in conjunction with my onboard flash for backlighting as well as fill flash. Basically, can i do this with the flash straight out of the box or do i need to buy a wireless trigger?

  • hi

First of all thank you for this great review

    I have a 580exII Canon Master Flash

Can I use the slave of the yongnuo 468 with my Master ?

or I have to get a yongnuo Master?

  • Thanks for the review.

It would be cool to see the head rotation angles also, like if we can do the same angles as the Canon 430EX: 90 degrees on the right and 180 degrees on the left and 90 degrees to the top.

  • tnx

  • Thanks for the review. :-)
