  • Boys need not apply?

The majority of male youth will end up dysfunctional dropouts, jobless or with a life of crime and prison for lack of opportunity, programs like this could have turned them around at impressionable ages.

Too bad Cheveron is biased to female-only extra curricular carrer exploration, it's America's male youth who are now statistically falling behind females nationwide.

Females are 71% more likely candidates to earn college degrees than males.

And you say boys don't need this??

  • @CorporateRule Techbridge is just 1 of many Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) programs Chevron supports for girls & boys. Traditionally less than 20% are female in undergraduate engineering programs, which is why we support programs for girls. Other Chevron supported programs, such as Project Lead the Way, mostly attract males, providing them with engineering curricula & access to career exploration. Chevron is focused here in CA on supporting all K-12 students in STEM education.
