umm go under phone settings then format your memory , it might delete your contacts tho so i suggest writing them down on a piece of paper

yeah that phone has a glitch is what they told me dont start downloading stuff to it because it will tell u ur memory is full and they will tell u to buy a new one but a person that i know that works 4 metro told me all those fones are doing that well atleast that one and if u wanna download ringtones free go to funformobile from ur fone u can get ringtones free there

okay, go on the phone, once yer talking to the person, just press the send button, youll hear a dial tone. type the number you wanna three way, so then it should dial that number. once it dials press send again and say " are you there!?" then if they say yeah and if it's still ringing, you succeded(:

and then look for a device which ur gonna have a bluetooth adapter in your computer

after u connect to ur computer u need a software called BitPim download and install

it once u open the BitPim there should be 3 bars in the middle theres one with a blue folder click the + sign on it and it should try to connect to ur phone since u already connected it to ur pc after that click the + sign in the BREW folder then click

the + sign in the SHARED folder and the open the MS folder

once u r in the SYSTEM INFO go to PORT MAP (4) and select options (1) and(2) to bluetooth and number (3) set to NULL after that go to TOOlS and enable the bluetooth
