@YANKIS69 I think a bum is the same as a panhandler - they just want money for their sob story, which usually is a lie developed carefully with a lot of practice over time. I think street musicians are actually artists who provide entertainment that many people feel like paying for. If this guy wanted money from me, he'd have to make some music for me, and then I'd be generous. I think lying panhandlers should be jailed. Lying to get money from someone is called swindling, right?
