I never took credit for it. I uploaded this to show to somebody else interested in after effects. These people on here saw it. I mean look at my tags. Andrew Kramer is an inspiration to the entire motion graphics community and I would never take credit for something he made a tutorial for.

yea, but it would be a bit of a bitch. The keyframing would take quite a while unless there is some trace option I am unaware of.

It's a plugin called Particular. He puts a wiggle effect on the particule generator and gives it a low opacity. The particles generated stay put and for a long time. The whole thing has a glow effect and just a camera variation.
