  • i am not naturally flexible AT ALL! do you have any tips?

  • How long do you practice each day th get this flexible and if you have a trainer or just some tips for me that would be awesome! I'm about your age you look a little older than me but I would really appreciate your opinion! Thanks you are amazinggg! :)

  • @themindfreak08 If you're talking bout the elbow stand: put your elbows on the ground while facing a wall, then kick up and put your feet on the wall; do it again but put your elbows farther away from the wall, and keep doing it until you can do it by yourself. If you're talking about the flexibility, PM me.

  • @ShellehEre I am naturally flexible, so I could do some oversplit since I was born, and I always had a flexible back, I just kept stretching them.

  • it maybe why you are sore that muscles you are using have never went through the oversplits... continue to stretch and deepen your oversplits and eventually you will be able and do an 320 degree oversplit (even deeper than zlata and ula)
