Its kinda a lucky thing. Thats not the only spot you can do it. Just try to kill it close to the brige, you will eventually get it

wow, that is sweet! i also had a glitch somewhere, i knocked the basic warrior in GoW 1 into the air and kept using circle from the ground to slam him down and he bounced up, i got the highest combo name (you know, like brutal, savage, immortal, etc.) but i dont remember how high my combo went, it went past 500 this i know
