  • found the horns a bit distracting during this. My favourite trio alongside Jarrett's though. What a unique voice.

  • Okay come on, this was in a recording studio. Where can I find the good quality version? This already sounds so freaking epic

  • Amazing!!!!

  • enlighting enchanting rendition of the master. The best Nellie i ever heard not by Monk himself. As if Moran speaks to Monk

  • Monk would be sooooooo proud to hear this rendition of his tune. Jason really does this Legend some justice. All of these artists are awesome.

  • Such a great rendition of this tune without being a total Monk copy. I love the groove that happens midsong.

  • This rendition takes so much from Monk and adds a plethora of multi-layered components, that it creates an extremely rich and respectful homage, while simultaneously existing as a very poignant and personal statement.

    Jazz at it's highest calibre!!
