Great video...I agree with what was said near the end of the clip. I think the evolution of bourbons, scotchs and all whiskeys only benefits us all as those who enjoy them. Thanks for the "art of tasting", it helps us all as I've said when we can also better enjoy these drinks. Makers does in fact make a lovely tasting whiskey that is in reach for even the less well heeled such as myself.

wow that's a cool technique! Never thought of that but it makes perfect sense with bourbon (as opposed to wine). I wish I could be at that table!
