Just watched it again before I go out for my morning ride. Gorgeous shots, beautiful music, and an inspiring ride! But I haven't seen any new videos from you guys...what's up?
@Trikesalot Thanks for the kind words about the video! Been crazy busy with other stuff lately, including adopting two dogs from a shelter. Haven't been able to figure out how to incorporate the (small) dogs into the trike rides yet. Threw 'em both in a Burley child carrier and they went crazy nuts in there, so that's not gonna work. :) Hopefully, as soon as this rain lets off, the days get a little longer and we get the dog situation figured out, we'll get some more videos up.
Oh, I do love my GT1...just wish it had a taller top gear. On the down-hills it spins out too quickly. But then, maybe the real problem is the 68-year-old ENGINE! Maybe I should stick to the laid-back rides like in your wonderful video. Thanks for your encouraging comments...and your great vids! :-)
What a BEAUTIFUL ride! And a lovely relaxed pace...my opinion, that's what triking should be about. Why, even my GT1 would be great on a ride like THAT! I'll be looking for more sweet vids like that one.
@Trikesalot Yeah, if you can manage a trip to that area, it's an amazing stretch of trail. Actually makes you stop and just say "wow' a few times during the ride. Hey, that GT1 is perfect for anything, including rides across the U.S.!
@taiwan1895 Having once lived in Richmond, we have street cred ;) "Point" Richmond is really a very nice area, and they've created a little upscale haven over there. There's even a waterside area with multimillion-dollar, high design homes.
@AntiProUltra A few weeks ago, I was wandering around a local swap meet, and I saw an interesting looking CD laying on the ground. It was a home recording from an unknown pianist, of some of her compositions that she had recorded for her family so they'd have a remembrance once she passed. Grace M. Jepson died in 2000, but now she'll live forever through her music on YouTube. :)
@theaesthetics it's pretty good. the trail looks good too. nearly got a trike myself last year but went with a velotechnik street machine (bike) instead. best bike i ever owned
Hey, you're welcome! Anything to get some more of your great videos/music up on the 'Tube! :-)

Maybe you could try the "Snickers" setup in Dregerclock's "Recumbent Trke and Bike Ride--With Dacshund" video. :-). BTW, they do strap the dog in.
