Very nice cover and I really like the vibrato in your voice. I am a hugh, hugh Joan Baez fan for about a zillion years :-) and it's nice to hear that a young singer is covering this great Dylan song. Have you listened to a lot of Joan Baez? I love her version of it.
The only critiscism I have is that your guitar sounds a little tinny on this video.
Hi. When I was younger I listened to her a bit. Dylan is a much bigger influence in general hence the numerous covers. Guitar playing isn't my strong suit but I think the tinniness is more from the webcam mic than anything else. If you liked this you'd probably like some of my other covers.

I saw that video of yours and was thinking I would do a cover of A Hard Rain's a Gonna Fall but by the time I did this my voice was kind of warn out (you can probably tell) but I could do that tonight or tomorrow. I'm heading out the door in a few minutes to go see Andrew Bird who I am absolutely in love with (as much as one can be in love with an artist). Anyway I would love to promote your video and I will do it within the next day or two.
as usual you sing beautifully. I really like the song too. Bob Dylan is one of (if not the) greatest lyricists of all time. Right up there with leonard cohen.
