Air Purifier Singapore demo

A "purifier" that can only clean air "IN" the machine is nuts. Just as how HEPA machines are noisy/can't eliminate VOC's or odors, unless you add expensive throw-away filters. HEPA & other EXPENSIVE "filters" can actually start collecting/growing nasties of their OWN! 30yrs& 20million+ units in-home effectiveness has proven low ozone+ ionizers are the best. Which is why Ca CARB recently BANNED "home" ozonators with NO medical complaints lodged! Thanks2 Westinghouse(HEPA-makers)

It seem to work in this small chamber. But in actual room size of 150 sq. feet. It is not working as it should be. It is good only in this demo chamber.

I have that device, it wouldn't turn over the air in a normal sized room quite that effectively. Its mainly for generating anions, charging the air creates an effect that attracts particulate and collection plates are used so that particulate doesn't collect on items near the outlet of the generator. Clearing smoke like in this demo is merely a side-effect of anion generation.

too slow n expensive to buy this machine. just buy a negative ion bulb for usd5 n you can get instant result also.

Electro-static filters are crap. How cares about negative ions when the damn thing DOESN'T PURIFY AIR. The ONLY way to see if a purifier works is by using A PARTICLE COUNTER. The smoke filled demonstration chambers are a bunch of crap.
