@bobo754 Carl Weathers the actor who played Apollo Creed wanted to be in this movie and when Sly went up to him asking for his permission for Sly to include scenes from his past fights with Apollo in the movie Carl brought that up but Sly refused since Apollo's character died in Rocky 4 so therefore he didn't let him use his character is flashbacks they instead used a guy that looked like Carl Weathers
