I'm sorry, but how is this any more practical than a normal glock or some automatic variant? If you're carrying around this kind of thing even in its packed form people are going to wonder what the hell it is. You're not drawing attention away from yourself carrying something like this. Even if you think it's a plus to have a weapon in plain sight and to be able to fire right away, one can do exactly the same thing with a normal weapon, just remove and fire.

The FMG-9 earned its reputation in being the lightest and most compact machine gun out there. Imagine being a CIA case officer trying to assassinate an American enemy. Better than a brief case, it fits in your back pocket. Such a wicked design. it's unlike any other gun because it is totally fold able and looks like nothing. But it packs a mean punch. Glock 18 tries to be a "hot little submachine gun" but its high cyclic rate means its inaccurate and having no stock means it bruising.

The Glock 18, which is the gun used for this system, has a ROF of 1,100 - 1,200 RPM. Yes you are right some things can influence the ROF but what I mentioned earlier is the average cyclic ROF. Also look at 0:09. It even says so on the vid.
