Stop saying "we're going to talk about" "I'm gonna deal with it" "i've dealt with it before" - 99% of the people don't know or have forgotten what you are talking about when you say it, so you'll have to refersh i.e. "we talked about worship" - yeah? but when you say that, next time, pick one person from the audience and ask him - what did we talk about when we talked about worship last time??
