Personally I intend on storing all these crap green gems for cataclysm as I predict their price will greatly increase when the expansion goes live. However, I would not blow all my money on buying them cheap as it is only an educated guess and you could end up taking a heavy loss. That being said if you are a gambler you may want to pursue that strategy.

@Jarrad69able Why will it not increase? At the moment they are around 1g on my server and there is loads in circulation. When we get expansion there will be less in circulation but people still need them to level JC or cut crap gems for their alts. At the moment TBC green gems sell for about 10g but before Lich King they also sold for 1g. Therefore, I predict the price of these green gems going up in price but it is just an educated guess.

This used to be a good way to make gold but it is a bit dated. This method became less valid when they introduced the disenchanting option in dungeons. When that happened the price of high level enchanting mats crashed.

I am not saying that you will not make any money doing this but it is a risky strategy and you are relying on getting good blue gems and esences when you disenchant.

Personally I would avoid this strategy but you can try it and see how you get on.

the way i make my money is i prospect titanium or saronite and with titanium i have i think,. a 15% chance of getting an epic gem.. but i also go farming for rear pets which sell for 1k - 3k gold .. which i have my secret sports to farm.. :) thanx for the video.. and telling us your secret.. so thanx and bye

prospecting isn't a way to make money, in the long run you'll be down a lot of gold.

i stopped it the video and looked at what he sold and how much he sold it for and i saw that he got 32 gold from 4 infinite dust

Its not unusual. On a good day I can sell 1 infinite dust for 5.5g to 6g. On a bad day they are like 3.5g to 4.5g.

if you diss thtat one you get a dream shard !

and you only spend 10-15G
