Meh, I thought series 3 was dull. But Human Nature/Family of Blood was the standout of the series, and still remains one of my favourite stories. Blink and Utopia were also very enjoyable, so I give it a 7/10

Okay just watched Jonathon Ross. At twenty four seconds, Jack is jumping onto the side of the TARDIS as it materialises. On Jonathon Ross, it shows him gripping to the side of the TARDIS as the Doctor is saying to Martha they are going to the end of the universe at over 100 trillion years. Strangely, The Doctor had seen Jack running up to the TARDIS on his screen but decided to materialize anyway. Strange.

The white doors are the inside doors of the Doctor's TARDIS, you can see the telephone. Bilis Manger was in the Doctor Who spin-off Torchwood and is very unlikely to appear in Doctor Who. I agree with the tapping, it is heartbeats. At 00:21 Captain Jack is there so it isn't from 42, either Utopia, Sound of Drums or The Last of the Time Lords but it isn't a TARDIS.

He is almost certainly the master, with all the hints they have been dropping, or at least an old enemy of the Doctor. On the character lists on Wikipedia it has no mention of Bilis, but maybe he does come back. I doubt he is a timelord though. Gawd just another week and two days until Doctor Who :l

What you see at 00:21 probably isn't a TARDIS, although it could be easily (considering the practically infinite size of the ship), and there is little reason to suggest it is.

Perhaps the professor from Utopia is a different timelord? Just because the Face of Boe said "you are not alone", it doesn't mean there's only ONE other, right? Therefore, both the professor AND mr.saxon could be timelords.

Adric was the 5th doctor companion(earthshock), and the tapping noise sounds more like the ' diddly-dum' music from the theme tune, as for billis, he was a creepy guy who could travel through time and was bonkers in an eeevil type of way, from the last two torchwood episodes. doubtful that he is the master, although saxon is often mentioned, and jack's in it obviously, oh, and the clocks in billis' shop could be significant as the masters' tardis was sometimes seen to be a grandfather clock.

I've never heard of Billis Manger - have heard of Adric. Adric was a companion sometime during the 70's. There are 3 people mentioned in the Face of Boe's prophecy - The Wayfaret (The Doctor), The Archangel (Captian Jack because he created New Earth) and The Noble (Martha), because of her bravery.

Torchwood season 1 ^^ Billis Manger must off beening causing trouble for the Doctor when Jack 'died'. At the end The Doctor Tadis can be heard. Billis is a Time Lord who survived the war with the daleks. But not much is know about him expect for RTD.

I didn't think he was an actual Time Lord. I thought he just manipulated Time, much in the same way that the Time Agency must do. I'm pretty sure they don't have TARDIS's etc, though they are able to manipulate time. Ergo, I'm assuming that this is what Billis Manger did. Sorry if I've got it wrong, but I haven't watched that episode in ages! Was Billis' race specified then? Because I've been fairly certain that he's human and am now positive there's something I've missed.
