  • I think you eat very few vegetables, also you shouldn't cook them, and you could use a broader variety of grains and you should add legumes to your diet. And I think the animal protein is way too much - another triathlon athlete.

  • Thanks for posting this. I can't make out the first item that you mention for breakfast. I struggle trying to figure out the "right" diet for me as I prepare and compete in triathlons. This defintiely gives me ideas to consider. I like how you add various nuts/seeds to other dishes. Thanks again and good luck!

  • @triglidden muesli with flaxseed (a source of Omega 3) and ground almonds (a source of magnesium). Pumkin seeds are also good

  • @triglidden It's like a granola oatmeal mix... with fruit & nuts..

  • nemesiogil - yes this is the 'healthy eating' part of my diet to ensure I get in quality carbs, protein and vitamins. However, I agree that it terms of calories I do need more and get these in with 'less healthy' chocolate, cake, ice-cream etc...

  • Dear Paul, isn't that a diet too low in calories? Wouldn't I disappear with that type of diet? How can you train AND eat so little? Thanks for the video, though.
