You know, when I was applying for an intern pharmacist license I was told that I had to disclose anything that was expunged because it’ll show up when they perform the check. Apparently, specific jobs get access to sealed/expunged records. I thought that was rather interesting.
Could you please check into Louisiana Laws for me. I'm not sure, but I was told that as of Jan 2010, I could no longer get my record expunged from 2001. I don' t believe that. Thanks.
