  • The original 007 Bob Holness.

  • RIP BOB AND RIP JOCKY

  • @TomTheBombBombadilo1 According to Wiki, Jocky Wilson is still with us - he just doesn't give interviews to the press any more.

  • Is Jim still alive?

  • @Springamatul RIP Bob who I remember in Blockbusters.

  • RIP Bob Holness

  • Thanks a lot for uploading this

  • as kids we all said to each other.. i cant wait for christmas day so i can see bullseye and watch bully fly around the christmas pud.

  • It was always worth waiting 365 days for Bully to fly around the Christmas pud.

  • Jim Bowen, Roy Walker, Bob Holness, Les Dennis AND Marti Caine all on the same show - what a treat! I can remember when all of them were huge on TV, shame not much is seen of them these days. And such a shame Marti died from cancer, I met her around this time, she dined at my parents restaurant in Sheffield. She was so warm and down to earth.

  • bob holness was smooth

  • Are Challenge planning on showing this soon as they have recently shown Series8?

  • You wouldn't think that Roy Walker was only 48 in this clip.

  • What a show...we have Catchphrase's Roy Walker, Blockbusters Bob Holness, Family Fortunes' Les Dennis....and the cherry on top of the Christmas cake, Jim Bowen himself - all on the same show!

I do wish Challenge would repeat this edition of Bullseye, especially over Christmas time... I have never, ever seen this episode and it would be great if it was broadcast again.

  • @cupcakefairy87 They have recently got Series 8 (88-89) So it is very possible you know!

  • @chrisjoyce87 Yeah, but I think Challenge would have to empty extra time in order for them to air this.

  • This Christmas edition was transmitted on ITV at 2.15 pm just before the Queen's Christmas Message. After The Queen you could have seen Blind Date, The Empire Strikes Back, Coronation Street, It'll Be Alright on the Night, London's Burning and one more Audience with Dame Edna Everage. I have to say that Marti Caine would have made a great regular sidekick to Jim Bowen as she had the perfect skill to have done that, although I am not saying that Tony Green doen't have that kind of thing.

  • I think I watched this in 1988! Marti Caine seems to be very over the top!

  • thanks for putting this up. it's super smashing great

  • All these 3 dart players got to the semi final of the world darts championship the year after this and in fact met each other. Bob Anderson was knocked out by Jockey Wilson who then beat Eric Bristow to win the world championship

  • @ukgoldfan I captured all S10-14 of Bullseye 1990-5 that Challenge have , be good if Challenge got more Bully

  • @chrisjoyce87 When do you think you'll upload those episodes?

  • @Visonu I don't plan to upload these episodes as i collect them for my own viewing. Also it will damage Challenge's ratings and then if it goes to pot the ratings that is. We will lose Bullseye completely off our screens and i'd rather see more 80s eps!

  • One thing to say - Super Smashing Great!!!!

  • Les Dennis is the best. Thank you.
