How do you keep it from looking flaky?

I do almost the same thing as you and I put on clinique moisture surge and before I put on my foundation and it STILL FLAKES!

you look beautiful.. you have hyperpigmentation all over your cheeks. Use vitamin E oil at night. It worked for me, I have dark skin too
