  • Where was Aunt Blanch when the chief died?

  • I never realized how horny that grandpa was...i mean, really what a pig! this is 30 yrs before viagra

  • Very nice episode. Shows today don't seem to want to deal with topics like this but unfortunately, the topic is still relevant.

  • @DarianCrouse What shows? there are no shows now...all you get is Jersey whore

  • Yeah where was the sister when their mother was on her death bed? That's a good question.

  • Seems like the character of the chief's sister in law had a stick up her ass!

  • When my great-grandfather's mother died, her sister sued his father for custody of him and his brother and won. I always imagined her to be something like this woman.

  • "Its not indecent exposure; its assault with a deadly weapon!"

  • Bellydancncers...lmao

  • Gimme a Break was never afraid to tackle the tough issues, and they did it with such grace.

  • @CreativeProfiteer98

I agree that this show did a great job of tackleing tough issues!

  • Nell is right, where in the hell was she when they're mother was on her death bed.

  • What kind of court room was that judge running? A cat fight in the middle of the proceedings.

  • awwwww ..the white woman didnt get her nieces

  • Grandpa is such a lil pervert, I luv it...its innocent though. Lol !

  • what happened to the grandma ?

  • @runrockwater

they killed the character off before the 3rd season started.

  • hahhahahahahhahhhahaha

  • I don't know why a Judge would even think of taking three grown kids away from their biological father unless there was some abuse. Just because they have a nanny ( grown kids don't need a nanny) The case should have been thrown out.

  • @grogtgs

Katie (the oldest) was 17 in during this season. All the girls were still minors, thus Blanche had an argument; without the girls having a say. She was wrong, but the girls were minors.

  • Nell was giving Chief Kanisky the Heimlich maneuver. And his stupid ass sister in-law was being a Dee Dee Dee. Blanche must be trippin'.

  • thats why when folks talk about oh nell played a maid or whatever i tell em about this episode she was no maid, the wife and mother was her best friend and on her death bed wanted nell to take care of carl and the girls which nell did that sister-in-law was hating cuz her sister didnt ask her to raise the girls, on a sidenote grandpa was a trip lmao

  • exactly. and even if she was a housekeeper, have you ever seen one with that much talent?

  • @sportstalk23 plus cause nell is black...

  • This is a great episode. Nell's acting on this was amazing.

  • That's acting and real

  • LOL. Alan Oppenheimer. Is he wearing a toupee...? I can't hear his voice without thinking of Breakdown and (BLAAAM! BANG!) Warpath from The Transformers.

  • That's the mayor fro mama's family

  • Yup, yup... Mayor Tuttwiller. :-)

  • She also originally said ass as u can see at 6:50

  • grandpa hella funny

  • ha love thi show

  • No she didn't call Nell a tramp! I'd kick her snooty ass!

  • Thiught she was gon call her a n------

  • If she did, that'd be grounds for an ass kickin' right there...and Nell don't give a damn if they throw her in jail neither.

  • She wanted to.

  • Comment removed

  • me too

  • Damn straight! Nobody calls my Nell a tramp!

  • The grandpa reminds me of my grandpa. He's just says what's on his mind.

  • can u put the rest of this show on

  • Yeah I will check back later on

  • I LOVE THIS SHOW

  • what was the plot of this show?

  • Nell is a housekeeper for the chief and the three girls, a dear friend of the chief's wife before she died due to an unknown illness.

  • The situation is Nell and Margaret Kanisky, the Chief's wife and the girls' mother were old friends and when Margaret was on her deathbed, she gained a promise from her friend to take care of the girls.

  • She wanted custody because she thought the Chief and Nell were being passionate with each other in the kitchen and wanted to prove that the Chief was a bad parent. She also did not want Nell to have custody if something were to happen to the Chief.

  • Did Nell just say "kiss your lily-white ass?" We heard "feet", but her mouth reads differently! NICE!!

  • You're right! I never noticed that before. The judge makes Lance Ito look like a genius. The aunt is openly insulting Nell and admitting she's trying to steal the girls, and he just sits there. Kick her ass Nell!

  • I'm allergic to old prune faces who lie through their teeth, lol.

  • @honeegrrl LMAO...........

  • Nell is right, where the hell was this sister when their mother was on her death bed?

  • i remember this so well. i miss nell so much.

  • i love grandpa

  • I loved when Nell put Blanche in her place. She deserved it.

  • Yeah, she was a bitch.

  • Nell wasn't intimidated at all what Blanche was gonna say to her. She was like, "Come say it to my face, I dare you!" Blanche was gonna call her the "N" word.

  • That was a great scene, but I can't believe how much hatred that lady had for Nell. And what I can't seem to realize is why would she want to take the kids I could understand after the Chief but taking them while he's alive that's just dumb. But Thanks for posting.

  • I'll upload the beginning that explains why she wanted custody.

  • Please do this is like watching Good Times or a soap opera.
