@eragonios It seems like it is Teresa Bancer's piece (which is apparently a result of her mixing of some other things) - that song was used in the opening of one old polish educational program, called Sonda (you can easily check it out on YT - just paste in the search field "SONDA - czołówka programu").
I am not sure if this comes directly from that program or from the old stuff she used to make that melody, I'm not too deep into this topic.
