I have this same plane but unfortunately it's always windy where I live so I don't get much practice in. Gust up to 55 miles per hour on a regular basis
@Pilotguy251 me too. i just took mine out on its maiden voyage and the wind was so strong that even the anti-crash system couldn't keep it from crashing so it nose dived and the cockpit broke but luckily the person at my local hobby store said it could be fixed with some glue. What a relief :D
if that was your first flight on any rc then i think it went better than anyone could expect as the landing was all i could fault but for seasond beginers even landing on a road can be hard to accomplish
they are around $160. they come RTF. so basically u take a whole 10-30 minutes setting it up. really really easy to fly. they can be upgraded to ailerons also. it runs fine with everything stock. like today i did 6 loops IN A ROW. and it goes about 1/2 mile away. A GREAT STARTER PLANE!!! VERY EASY TO FIX ALSO!!
And very inexpensive to fix too. This plane is probably the best beginner RC aircraft ever created. Another advantage is that parts are sold everywhere for it so you don't have to mail order parts and wait for delivery (and pay delivery fees).
very good flying very stable I have one as well and got the local hobby store to put on skis. Now I can taxi and everything in the snow its cool. When you're flying try to take off the a.c.t and do a loop also be gentle on the stick it is very responsive. And the camera man did a great job on getting the video. One more thing can you get another video please:)
omg my first time ever with the same plane ended up in a tree with one wing left and a missing landing gear! XD

Good flight for your first one! The Super Cub is a great flyer. Take a look at my video of the old Mambo trainer from 1955, flying again!
