  • Simon Waterson is Daniel's Trainer. The video just shows an example of just one type of exercise that is common when bulking up someone using circuit style training. If you look at this channel it has other videos on how to achieve more muscularity.

  • Simon Waterson is the guy who trained Daniel Craig and he wrote two books, "30-Minute-a-Day Body Challenge" and "Commando Workout: 4 weeks to total fitness", which gives all the details of how he trained Mr Craig and others. :o)

  • i agree poncho but you know he did a three months workout so he uses more than bodyweight exercise: of corse we need to have day out to let the body build big muscle but just imagine doing this for three month (pull up and dips only) i swear you you will not be james bond (sorry for my english level i am french)

  • You can't possibly get a james bond type body just by doing dips and pull-ups. You need to lift weights and eat well and often. Protein shakes. Vitamin supplements. And rest days. Everything I hear about lifting weights is that you need rest days. So why I am hearing that he works out everyday for 3 hours? When does the body get time to rebuild?

    Actually both Craig and his personal trainer have said he trained 45 minutes a day 5 times a week. The exercises are close enough
