Fricken hell, don't do the top thing. You just have to use stationary water, which has a different block id than normal water and will stay still, even in mid air, and will still look as if it is flowing downwards.

Please thumbs this up becuase the top one is bad... Modding would take long. MOre than 10 hour sessions...

for the water bubble you cant use worldedit to make it. you need MCedit which isnt in MC, its a program you can download. they are similar but you can make water, sand, and lava float using mcedit
