my hair is relaxed and i use a flat iron... it is a difference it gives your hair a finished look. The lady knows what she is doing. How? because i'm a beauty school student.

I understand what you're saying, but the girl's hair in the video was clearly already straight. When your hair is already that straight it takes very little to make it look flatter. I think we were expecting at least wavy hair so that we can see how it's straightened. That's not what this is, so I'll leave it at that.
