I have a question since it has an onboard hard drive...for those who already have one of these, is it possible to record my mix to a file on the hard drive to like a mp3 or wav, and then take that file and upload it in my podcast?

or do I have to record the old fashioned way by plugging up the master output to my line in to my computers sound card?

I thik it costs US $999, but I saw it online for as little as $800.

I wonder how easy it is to still hook up and use my dual CD players as well.

Hi, I too have just bought a hdmix and was wondering if you have found any info on deleting tracks or editing the info once loaded onto the hard drive ? while inputing some songs i have made spelling mistakes or the songs have not loaded propeley so need to delete or edit ?

Yes you can, and it has a 80gb memory so you can put up to 20000 quality songs inside your mixer, so its really helpful when u go outside mixing you dont need to take ur computer with u, also it comes with and included keyboard and an lcd screen to make your search simple as easy as posible
