Connecting to Wireless using NetworkManager on Fedora

hey dude i really wich you could answer me ammm i did what you said and where ir says Setting network parameters... show the [ OK ] thing but where the starting networkmanager daemon is just wont show aything its just black and when i run "iwlist wlan0 scannning" says something like my wlan0 interface doesn't support scanning and anyways i cant even see a list of wi-fi's hope you can help me
