Online rankings are not a good indicator of skill, due to lag, ragequits, people who don't give a fuck about playing ranked, etc. In other words, those High Lords you may have played before? They most likely lagswitched or ragequit their way to that rank.

I been having the same issues also, by that i mean i am blocking but it doesn't block but i'm on ps3 so it just shows that it's the games netcode so *sigh* lets hope capcom learned for ultimate. either way pretty lol worthy video :P
